Just a quick update… I finished physical therapy for my back, and my symptoms have gotten soooo much better (herniated L5-S1, again). The sciatica down my leg is just about gone, and I’m continuing to make progress on my lower and upper body home pt program (I spend an average of 2 hours a day on it, including my walks!) . I’ve had to make physical therapy my #1 priority and it seems to be paying off. I’m gaining back some of the muscle I lost and am starting to have more overall energy. My joints are getting more stable, and my pain is mostly tolerable. I still have my bad days, but there are more good ones lately.
Just a reminder that you are stronger than you think. I tell myself that every day, and when I think I can’t, I push just a little harder 💪 #onward
